Founder’s Associate

At Centinel Analytica, we build European cybersecurity software that helps publishers understand and control how AI crawlers and automated systems access their content. Backed by Antler, we work closely with some of Europe’s largest media groups and are building a sovereign, EU-native alternative to US-centric bot-management tools.
As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders at the center of the company. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role designed for someone who wants deep exposure to how an early-stage infrastructure company is built—from strategy and go-to-market to operations and fundraising.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of projects end to end and operate across functions, including:
Strategy & Market Expansion
Research and evaluate new industry verticals beyond publishing
Support positioning, messaging, and market entry strategies
Prepare decision documents and analyses for founder-level decisions
Go-to-Market & Partnerships
Support outbound and inbound go-to-market initiatives
Help structure and manage partnerships with publishers, platforms, and ecosystem players
Assist with sales materials, case studies, and customer-facing documentation
Operations & Execution
Drive internal projects across product, engineering, legal, and commercial teams
Help improve internal processes, tooling, and reporting as the company scales
Act as a connective layer between founders and the rest of the team
Fundraising & Investor Relations
Support fundraising processes, investor outreach, and follow-ups
Prepare pitch materials, updates, and data rooms
Assist with financial modeling, metrics tracking, and investor communications
This role is intentionally broad. You’ll be exposed to ambiguity, fast iteration, and real responsibility—often working on topics that don’t yet have a clear playbook.
Who this role is for
You’re highly motivated, structured, and comfortable taking ownership
You enjoy working close to founders and understand the demands of early-stage companies
You’re analytical but pragmatic, and can move between strategy and execution
You’re interested in startups, infrastructure, media, AI, or cybersecurity
You’re comfortable working on-site in Berlin and value in-person collaboration
Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is judgment, curiosity, and the ability to execute.
